Right Angled Triangle

Right Angled Triangle Acute Angled Triangle Obtuse Angled Triangle Equilateral Triangle Isosceles Triangle
Scalene Triangle

A Triangle in which any one angle is of 90° is known as Right Angled Triangle.
In other words,
A Triangle having one right angle is called Right Angled Triangle.

In the above diagram,
Triangle ABC is right angled at A,
SO we can say Triangle ABC is a Right Angled Triangle.

When you study what are Right Angled Triangle;
You must also study:
What is a Hypotenuse of a Right Angled Triangle ?
What are legs of a Right Angled Triangle ?

Hypotenuse is the side opposite to the right angle and remaining other two sides are known as its Legs.
As shown in the following diagram of Right Angled Triangle ABC:

BC = Hypotenuse of Right Angled Triangle ABC
AB & AC = Legs of Right Angled Triangle ABC

Here, you must also note that Hypotenuse is the Longest Side in Right Angle Triangle.
