Definition :-

Least Common Multiple (LCM)
of two or more given numbers is the smallest number which is divisible by all the given numbers.

In other words, LCM of two or more given numbers is the lowest of their common multiple.

Least Common Multiple is also known as Lowest Common Multiple

Least Common Multiple (LCM) is be calculated by two methods :-

  • Method 1 = Prime Factorisation Method

  • Method 2 = Division Method
