Decimal Point refers to a DOT or POINT which is used in a decimal.

In other words, we can also say that:

Decimal Point is a DOT which is used to separate Fractional Part and Whole Number Part

E.g. 4.27 is decimal having a Decimal Points (as shown in the following diagram)
