Convert Percentage into Fraction

Percentage to Fraction Percentage to Decimal Percentage Increase Percentage Decrease

Explanation
To convert a Percentage into Fraction, divide the given number by 100.
e.g. 25 %
Multiply the given number(25) by 100, and we get:
= 25 / 100
divide the numerator and denominator both by 25, we get
= 1 / 4 (Fraction in Lowest Form)

Following are some example more about Conversion of Percentages into Fractions.

Example = 1 Convert the following percentages into fractions.
      10 %, 35 %, 87 %, 66 %.
Answer = Conversion of Percentages into Fractions is as:
10 %    = 10 / 100     = 1 / 10 (Fraction in Lowest Form)
35 %    = 35 / 100     = 7 / 20 (Fraction in Lowest Form)
87 %    = 87 / 100     = 87 / 100 (Fraction in Lowest Form)
66 %    = 66 / 100     = 33 / 50 (Fraction in Lowest Form)

Example = 2 Change following percentages into fractions.
      22 %, 70 %, 50 %, 95 %.
Answer = Conversion of Percentages into Fractions is as:
22 %    = 22 / 100     = 11 / 50 (Fraction in Lowest Form)
70 %    = 70 / 100     = 7 / 10 (Fraction in Lowest Form)
50 %    = 50 / 100     = 1 / 2 (Fraction in Lowest Form)
95 %    = 95 / 100     = 19 / 20 (Fraction in Lowest Form)

Example = 3 Convert the following percentages into fractions.
      55 %, 40 %, 150 %, 39 %.
Answer = Conversion of Percentages into Fractions is as:
55 %    = 55 / 100     = 11 / 20 (Fraction in Lowest Form)
40 %    = 40 / 100     = 2 / 5 (Fraction in Lowest Form)
150 %    = 150 / 100     = 3 / 2 (Fraction in Lowest Form)
39 %    = 39 / 100     = 39 / 100 (Fraction in Lowest Form)
