Construction of Triangle with compass where two sides & a angle are given

Construction of Triangle where length of three sides are given Construction of Triangle where two sides & a angle are given Construction of Triangle where two angles and a side are given Construct Right Angle Triangle

Draw a triangle XYZ, where XY = 5 cm, XZ = 6 cm and Angle YXZ = 50 degree

Step of construction as follows:

Step 1: Use ruler and draw a line segment XY of 5 cm (as shown below):



Step 2: Use protractor and construct a 50 degree angle at Point X (as shown below):



Step 3: Use compass and 6 cm wide open. Now with X as center, draw an arc which cuts the arm of 50 degree angle formed in step 2. And mark point of intersection as Z (as shown below):



Step 4: Use ruler and join points Y & Z. And resultant triangle XYZ is formed (as shown below):
