This expression include arthmetic operator of subtraction(-) and two or more numbers.
For example = 5-2, 27-7, 98-46, all are examples of subtraction expression in arithmetic expression.
Write the following in The Form of Arithmetic Expression.
a) Subtraction of numbers 2 from numbers 8.
Answer = Here we are given two numbers i.e 2 and 8 ,
And arithmetic operator of subtraction is (-),
so the arithmetic expression we get is 8-2.
c) Subtraction of numbers 7 and 3 from number 90
Answer = Here we are given three numbers i.e 7, 3 and 90 ,
And arithmetic operator of subtraction is (-),
so the arithmetic expression we get is 90-7-3.
d) Subtract 9 from 7.
Answer = Here we are given two numbers i.e 9 and 7,
And arithmetic operator of subtraction is (-),
so the arithmetic expression we get is 7-9.
e) 28 less than of number 98.
Answer = Here we are given two numbers i.e 28 and 98,
And arithmetic operator of subtraction is (-),
so the arithmetic expression we get is 98-28 |
