Property 1) The Product of a Fractional Number and 1 is again a Fractional Number itself.
Property 2) The Product of a Fractional Number and 0(zero) is also 0(zero).
Property 3) In case of two Fractional Numbers, order of multiplication does not change the result.
Property 4) In case of more than two Fractional Numbers, the grouping does not change the result.
