Negative Integers

Positive Integers | Negative Integers | Addition of Integers | Multiplication of Integers | Additive Inverse | Subtraction of Integers |

Definition
The numbers -5, -4, -3, -2, -1,..all are called Negative Integers.
We can also say, On numbers line, all numbers to the left side of 0 (Zero) are known as Negative Integers.
For example = -234, -45322, -21, -8, -34, -135, all are negative integers

Note = Zero is neither a positive nor a negative integers.

Following examples further explain Negative Integers :-

Example 1 = From the given series of integers, pick Negative Integers:
Given series of integers = 1, 16, -768, 90, -56, -1, 897, -11, -900.
Answer = Negative Integers = -768, -56, -1, -11, -900.

Example 2 = From the given series of integers, pick Negative Integers:
Given series of integers = 23, -89, -90, 23234, 90, 342, 100.
Answer = Negative Integers = -89, -90.

Example 3 = From the given series of integers, pick Negative Integers:
Given series of integers = -901, -99, 832, -4, 6, 456, -22, 28.
Answer = Negative Integers = -901, -99, -4, -22.

Example 4 = From the given series of integers, pick Negative Integers:
Given series of integers = -20, 65, 342, -654, 450, 332, -10, -45, 87.
Answer = Negative Integers = -20, -654, -10, -45.
