B) 16.325
C) 100.1

Given decimals is 1234.567

And the place value of all the digits of decimal 1234.567 is as follows:

First, write Place Value of Digits on the R.H.S. of the decimal point and we get:
Digit 5 is at tenths place
Digit 6 is at hundredths place
Digit 7 is at thousandths place

Now, write Place Value of Digits on the L.H.S. of the decimal point and we get:
Digit 4 is at ones place
Digit 3 is at tens place
